Do you know someone who has a special anniversary or birthday that should be commemorated? If so you may be able to request a special certificate from Paul Steckle M.P. Huron-Bruce, Carol Mitchell M.P.P. Huron-Bruce, the Prime Minister, the Governor General of Canada or even the Queen.

The information requested below include all of the details our office needs to know in order to make the appropriate requests.

Please contact our office 8 weeks in advance of the event date to allow enough time for all certificates to arrive. Proof of the event is required for 100th birthday (and above) and for 60th wedding anniversary (and above). Please fax a copy of the birth certificate or marriage certificate to: (519) 524-9374.
